Return and Refund Policy

Preserve Life Wellness Nutrition Centre ("Preserve Life", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing our customers with a positive shopping experience.This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return a product purchased on the Preserve Life Wellness Nutrition Centre Marketplace ("Marketplace") and receive a refund.

1. Return Eligibility

As part of our commitment to giving our customers the best experience, we offer a fair return policy. We have separate policies for our nutrition products and beauty products, because of the different nature of the assortments:

Nutrition Products

You can return all products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. However, there are some exceptions:

  • Perishable items: Perishable items, such as food and dietary supplements with short expiration dates, cannot be returned.
  • Used or opened items: Items that have been used or opened cannot be returned, unless they are defective.
  • Items not in original packaging: Items that are not returned in their original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Items listed with a "No Return" policy: Some items may be listed by Vendors with a "No Return" policy. These items cannot be returned.

Please be sure to review the specific return policy for each item before making a purchase.

Nutrition Products

Damaged or defective products can be easily returned, and if you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site that has been opened, you may return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

Please be advised that prior authorization and approval is required on all returns. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of the Marketplace.

In order to receive a refund:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging: Items that are not returned in their original packaging (packaging, accessories, instructions…) may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Items can be opened: Opened but unused items can be refunded. Opened and used items will require specific reasons for dissatisfaction. But please note, no returns will be accepted if more than one third of the product has been used.
  • Item must be eligible for return: Few items may be listed with a "No Return" policy. Please be sure to review your product return eligibility for each item before making a purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@preserve.life & 1-833-456-7892 within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 21 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet the return eligibility criteria, or if we believe that you are abusing our return policy.

If a return is denied, we will notify you and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
